Gatherings are a time of fellowship and praise. They are held sometime after each Walk. Anyone is welcome and participation in the Walk is not necessary. Gatherings are a great way to learn more about the Walk to Emmaus for those that might be interested in attending.
Each gathering is held at a different church location and the community starts gathering at 6:30 with the program at 7:00. The Emmaus community worships, sings and prays and takes communion together. A Fourth Day Talk is given by a lay person. Child care is provided.
The community begins to gather at 6:30 for fellowship and snacks. Worship begins at 7:00pm and wraps up around 8:30pm. Did we mentions songs and singing?
Snacks, drinks and babysitting will be provided.
